Is there a place near the stadium where I can get help with my tickets?

You can get help at the Ticketing Centre, which is located near the stadium.

Get help with mobile tickets: if you have not been able to access your tickets through the dedicated the app, or you have trouble using the app and our FAQs did not help, you can visit the Ticketing Centre.

Please note:

• You will need to bring your ticket confirmation email or invoice, and your original passport/ID card, and that of your guest(s).
• We recommend that you come as early as possible, as queuing times are likely to increase closer to gates opening.
• Our staff may not be able to help if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
• There are no ticket sales at the Ticketing Centre.

Opening hours (local time):

• Friday, 30 May 2025: 16:00 – 19:00
• Saturday, 31 May 2025: 14:00 – 21:30
