What proof of disability is required in order to apply for Accessibility Tickets?

Fans applying for Accessibility Tickets are required to upload a proof of disability on the ticket portal while applying for tickets. Please provide a document that is commonly and widely accepted in your country of residence. Parking permits/cards will not be considered as valid proofs of disability.

Examples of disability proofs that may be accepted, subject to validity:

• Disability passport

• Certificate of disability

• Disabled person’s Identification card (where applicable)
  

• Medical note from own doctor or hospital consultant

• Disability benefit / pension / insurance statement

• Veteran’s card

Not accepted:

• Accessible parking badges (unless accompanied by further documentation)

• Selfies and photographs
